Job Responsibilities

Zepto, Dunzo, Rapido, Uber, Zomato is looking for a Delivery Executive to join its team in Bangalore for a full-time position with a salary up to 7000 per week with incentives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating delivery vehicles and following mandated safety and licensing protocols while delivering goods. He/she will be responsible for loading and securing orders, navigating unfamiliar roads, identifying customer location, and answering customer inquiries and offering assistance in a courteous and professional manner.

The ideal candidate should have a valid driver’s license, excellent knowledge of the local area and environment, and experience in parcel delivery. He/she should also have good customer service skills and respect traffic rules and regulations.

Main duties:

• Load and secure orders before departing

• Drive vehicles in accordance with safety and licensing protocols

• Identify customer location accurately

• Answer customer inquiries and offer assistance

• Unload and deliver orders in a prompt manner

• Complete paperwork such as monthly mileage logs and delivery sheets

• Maintain vehicles in good condition

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license

• Knowledge of city streets and local area

• Experience in parcel delivery

• Good customer service skills

• Knowledge of traffic rules and regulations

• Physically fit

• High school diploma
