Job Responsibilities

About the role:

<!--[if !supportLists]-->3.    <!--[endif]-->Negotiation with hotels and contracting.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->4.    <!--[endif]-->Maintaining good relations with Agents and suppliers.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->5.    <!--[endif]-->Maintaining customer relations as well as developing relationships with a variety of travel agency brands.

Job Requirements:

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·      <!--[endif]-->Candidate must be from travel industry only.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·      <!--[endif]-->A Diploma or degree in Business or Tourism Management.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·      <!--[endif]-->Minimum 1-6 years’ experience within the travel industry B2B market working with Travel Agents and FTOs. (Mandatory)

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·      <!--[endif]-->Sales and Customer Service Oriented/Sales & Operations Superstar.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·      <!--[endif]-->An eye for detailing and customer experience-driven approach.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·      <!--[endif]-->For the Inbound team, you must have Knowledge of the destination India, Nepal, and Bhutan.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·      <!--[endif]-->For the Outbound team, it's an advantage if you have knowledge of at least one destination we promote (Sri Lanka, Maldives, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Philippines, Taiwan, Turkey, Morocco, Mauritius, Seychelles, Myanmar, Azerbaijan)
