Responsibilities:

1. Filling positions with an organisation.

2. Developing own network of suitable candidates.

3. Interviewing candidates.

4. Working with the organization to develop a recruitment plan.

5. Source potential candidates from various online networks.

6. Be active with online job boards, social media networks and platforms to find

qualified candidates for open positions.

Requirements and skills:

1. Strong analytical and organisational skills.

2. Strong oral and written communication skills.

3. Understanding of referral programs.
