Job Responsibilities

As a Telecaller at Fexle infotech private limited, you will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team, responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and driving revenue growth. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain positive connections with prospective customers through effective communication.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with the goal of promoting our [products/services] and generating interest.
2. Identify and qualify leads through targeted questioning and active listening.
3. Provide information about our offerings, address customer inquiries, and articulate the unique value propositions of our products/services.
4. Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team with interested and qualified leads.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with clients in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
7. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a sales-driven environment.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections.
5. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
7. High school diploma; additional certifications in sales or communication will be a plus.
