Job Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Admin cum Recruiter. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office operations, while also actively participating in the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Duties:

    • Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and other communications.
    • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
    • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
    • Manage office supplies and equipment, and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
    • Handle basic HR tasks such as onboarding and employee records maintenance.
  2. Recruitment Responsibilities:

    • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers.
    • Conduct reference checks and facilitate background checks for selected candidates.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
  3. Communication and Collaboration:

    • Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing queries and concerns.
    • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates on their application status.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment in administrative and recruitment processes.
    • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall improvement of organizational processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with recruitment exposure.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with standard office software and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
