Title - Telesales Operations Manager
Location – Turbhe – Navi Mumbai
Qualifications & Experience - Require 4 to 5 years’ experience. Academic qualifications from a reputable university are essential.
Must Have:
- Experience in KPO industry.
- 4-5+ years of team management experience in outbound calling processes.
- Managed a team size of more than 100 individuals.
- Must have great personality, team building capabilities and a hustle nature
Engaged in:
- Team management (productivity and quality focus).
- Tele-sales agent hygiene.
- Training programs implementation.
- System and process optimization initiatives.
- Hiring and onboarding processes.
- Analytics for performance evaluation and decision-making.
Nice to have:
- Additional certifications or courses related to tele-sales operations or management.
- Experience with CRM
- Familiarity with various lead generation sources and strategies
Role Requirements:
- Recruitment, Training, and Quality Management: Responsible for hiring the right candidates, providing comprehensive training, and ensuring high-quality personnel are in key positions.
- Team Hygiene and Discipline: Maintain a culture of discipline and professionalism, enforcing company policies and standards.
- Floor Activity Management: Oversee daily operations on the sales floor, monitor activities, and address any issues promptly.
- Motivation and Performance: Keep the team motivated to achieve sales targets, track performance, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Sales Achievement and Data Analysis: Drive the team towards meeting sales numbers, analyze data to derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- System and Process Optimization: Ensure adherence to system and process hygiene, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel), and a proven ability to get things done.
