Addhuri Events (OPC) Pvt Ltd is a Event planning company located in Novel Tech Park at Bangalore. It working offline for past 20 years.

  **About the Role**

  We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an intern. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You will work closely with our HR team and gain valuable insights into the world of human resources.

  **Responsibilities**

  - Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

  - Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork

  - Assist with employee relations matters, including resolving employee inquiries and addressing concerns

  - Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

  - Maintain employee records and databases.

  - Participate in special task as assigned

  **Qualifications**

  - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a any degree

  - Strong organizational and time management skills

  - Good communication and interpersonal skills

  - Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite

  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  - Passion for learning and contributing to a positive work environment

  - Under 35 age

  - Fresher or Experience
