We are a dynamic and growing Institute committed to recruit and train candidate from all over India through online. Addhuri Events (OPC) Pvt Ltd is a Event planning company located in Novel Tech Park at Bangalore. It working offline for past 20 years.

  **About the Role**

  A freelance HR recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for Institute on a project basis. They need to understand job requirements, network with potential candidates, and offer insightful hiring recommendations . This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

  **Key Responsibilities**

  Sourcing Candidates:

  - Use various methods to identify and reach out to potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking events

  - Develop and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates

  - Use applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidates effectively(If required).

  Screening and Interviewing:

  - Review resumes and applications to determine if candidates meet the job requirements

  - Conduct phone and online interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role.

  - Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process

  Onboarding:

  - Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company

  **Skills and Qualifications**

  - Preferred experience in recruitment and staffing

  - Basic understanding of HR practices

  - Good communication and interpersonal skills

  - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  - A basic understanding of different industries and job markets
